Q I have a meeting in downtown Los Angeles in 45 minutes. I realize that the only way I am going to make my meeting is to use my helicopter to fly from here to a building with a helipad. I then call my fully licensed pilot, who prepares my fully maintained and licensed helicopter and he then files a "Flight Plan" with the FAA showing us flying at the proper altitude in a straight line from here (Moreno Valley) to a proper Helipad in Los Angeles. The FAA denies my flight plan and I miss the meeting. I sue the Federal Government, saying they violated my Guaranteed Right to Travel. You are the Court.......what would you use to determine this case and what is your our outcome Do not be concerned with the fact my actions are "last minute".
